    I hired ******** in July and Aug 2022 to install some gutter/downspout, to adjust some gutters and to put some gutter guards on all of the gutters. ****** did that work as well as blew out the gutters before applying the covers. At some point, and I have no idea when because you cant see it unless you are on the roof, one of the gutters he attached to the house tore lose and was just hanging there. During the winter/spring of 2023/24 we had massive amounts of water overflowing from some of the gutters and water pouring out of the seam in a downspout. From May21, 2024 thru May 29, I made four phone calls to Dun. **** and left messages each time asking someone to please contact me concerning the problem. I also sent emails on 5/22 and 5/24 to their office asking for someone to contact me regarding the problem. No one ever responded. On 6/3/24 I hired another local company (Washboy) to remedy the problem. They discovered that ****** had not bothered to make sure the existing downspouts were free of leaves and other debris before applying the gutter covers, and they had some massive clogs that were preventing water from passing through. There were not any leaves or debris in the gutters themselves so that part of the system did work. Very disappointing when a long standing local company does not stand by their work and doesnt even have the integrity to return your many queries.
