I purchased a mini GP motorcycle over the phone paid with my debit card. There were issues collecting the bike from a third party so I requested a refund to which ***** ****** agreed. I have this all in emails. First I was told that he had to wait to submit, so we did, finally on 11/19 he stated the refund was in progress thru ****** even though I didnt pay using ******. He said it was his clearing house for his business. As of this morning no refund so I called him and was told that payment was refused by my bank and sent back to his account. He stated he will have to mail me a check, when I asked if he could take a picture of said check he said it was too late already sent. The amount is $3000, he obviously is putting me off with no intention of returning my money.

File #******** RE: **** ******* Complainant was refunded and cashed check already... Purchased a bike with Pickup by purchaser Stated in sale - Purchaser contacted shop where bike was stored. Asked shop if they could arrange delivery and requested cost... Shop told customer bike was ready for immediate pickup and since they had another delivery near customer it could be arranged... 1 day later customer emailed me that he had an emergency and could he cancel... I called customer who told me that he wanted to cancel because the had not called him back on the delivery yet... I told him it was only one and that he needed to either go pick the bike up or have patience if the shop had offered to meet him at a mutually convenient time... Customer then asked me if he could back out of the purchase... I told customer, I might have another buyer who would take the bike from him but could not refund otherwise as these were final sales which he recognized verbally that he knew full well at time of purchase. I subsequently confirmed that we could help him out with the new buyer and as soon as the buyers funds cleared we would likewise transfer his net funds minus bank transaction fees only, (cost of processing his cards). ****** clears all cc and debit transactions for us, we requested ****** to call for the funds from our designated account which they do by ****** and they attempted to refund directly to the debit card used... Customers card issuer refused and rejected the ****** attempt to transfer funds back to customer card meaning that the card issuer returned funds to ******. I contacted customer and let him know that his card issuer had rejected the ****** attempt to refund to the card used initially on the final purchase... I told the customer at that point that in order to expedite the net refund to **** *******, a Check had been mailed to the customer, **** ******* and he was subsequently provided a Certified Mail tracking number.... **** ******* has received and has cashed/deposited his Refund Check... We consider the matter closed... Customer lacks understanding of how banking and credit card/debit card processing works... It looks like the debit card used was either cancelled or a cash card that once used does not allow for direct refunds to the card.

I, ***************************, purchased a Kayo MR150R online on 11/11/2023 at ************************************. The scooter was shipped on 11/17/2023 on my request because I was out of town and I would not be able to receive the shipment. The scooter was delivered in a crate, and the box had no obvious damage. I was expecting to receive a scooter; I just needed to add oil and gas, install tires, and be able to run and ride the motorcycle. But that was not the case. The scooter won't run after adding oil and gas and following the instructions as per its manual.I reached out when the bike was received and also received an email from *****, the only contact that I have with SV racing parts. He suggested an initial setup, which includes valve adjustment, the installation of carburetor jets, and adjusting the carburetor needle. I installed the main carburetor jet first, and I noticed some little pieces of black plastic on the inside of the carburetor, so I decided to wash the gas tank with water. I tried to start the bike, but it wouldn't run. Then ***** suggested I install the new NGK spark plug that was included with the bike. I installed it, and I noticed the original spark plug had no spark. The new NGK spark plug is working as expected. I tried to start the bike, but it wouldn't. I noticed that the ** jet wasn't included in the original shipment and requested ***** send it, which I received a week after I contacted him. That week, he adjusted the engine valves as per his suggestion. Then I installed the new ** jet. The bike won't run. ***** suggested reaching out to a guy called *****, who supposedly would help me setup the bike, but ***** wouldn't help or reply to my texts. Today, 12/23, I had a professional motorcycle mechanic check the bike, and he noticed the carburetor was not working properly. He charged $140.I would like to exchange the scooter for another one that is preassembled and verified to operate as expected, or SV racing parts to refund my money entirely.

After further email exchanges with ***** from SV Racing Parts, he recommended taking the motorcycle to a local mechanic who would repair it. After two days, the motorcycle was repaired. The total bill was $250, which ***** and I split, so I ended up paying $125 additionally for the setup of the bike.
The motorcycle is in functional condition; I am satisfied with the resolution, and I would like to close this complaint.

I also communicated the same to SV Racing Parts (*****)

I ordered some parts for my motorcycle from an associate of svracingparts.com named *********************** who was the one who sent me the invoice I paid for $189.99 on October 24, 2023. It is now December 9 and I have no parts in my possession nor my money back. When I reached out to the company via email that same sales associate from svracingparts.com named *********************** responded saying that they have no idea where my parts are or when they could even arrive (if ever), and moreover he said there is simply no way to know. None of this was ever brought to my attention until over a month after I made the order and was out my $189.99. Svracingparts.com and *************************** have since seemingly washed their hands of the situation as I have been emailing them regularly for the past two weeks trying to get them to cancel the order and refund my money but I get nothing but silence in return. This is nothing short of theft. And just terrible customer service on top of that. I would like the Better Business Bureau to step in and help me remedy this situation. I have proof of my invoice and all correspondence I have had with *************************** via email. I would at the very least hope to get reimbursed monetarily for the $189.99 that svracingparts.com swindled me out. Thank you for your help.

I paid SV Racing Parts $250.99 on 1/10/23 for Pro 19in Tire Warmers. I ordered the Tire Warmers on 1/9/23. The site allows for you to keep up with tracking on their own website. I figured that since they already got my money out of the bank I would check on tracking info. When I checked on tracking it said "awaiting processing". So I called and talked to *****. He said he was sorry but my item had been sold out. He also stated that they had a container coming into port on 1/30/23. I told him to put my money back in the bank and that I would reorder if need be. On 1/31/23 SV Racing Parts had neither refunded my money nor shipped my product. I called SV Racing Parts to extend my concern. ************* said the container had come in and they were shipping this product out like wildfire. On 2/7/23 I contacted SV Racing Parts again. I talked to *************. I said it's been almost 30days and you have had ample time to either send me my product or refund my money. I said that I was going to contact the BBB , the Governor , ****** ******* of Comerce or who ever would hear me because you can't just take people's money. ************* told me that should keep me busy for about a day and hung up the phone. Now if I try to contact them by email their system kicks me out. Can you help me please? This was a surprise for my son whom is in the Army coming home from active duty over seas. My sons and I used to have a flattrack racing team. In 2017 they both joined the military. I completely refurbished the motorcycles with them knowing. The tire warmers were supposed to be for the beginning of the Winter Series which started 1/21/23. Thank you for listening this was most appreciated. Take care
