    Ive given this guy about 3 chances now, hes shady as ****, his communication absolutly *****, he ignores you for days on end, then when he does finally get ahold of you he gives you all sorts of stupid a** excuses that you cant even make any sense of. Hes blown me off several times, he told me I could bring my car to him to replace the sensors after he replaced my catalytic converter(not even sure that actually even happened) so we agreed on a time to drop it off and hes a no show, call him on his phone, no answer, txt him a bunch of times, no answer, mechanic has no clue about why iam even freaking there and *** the owner later tells me he forgot to mention it to him but he put it on the board 2nd time hes told me thatfunny!!! Then tells me that he was in bed sick with a migraine, u run a business dude, literally talked to him the day before bringing my jeep there and he ghosted me. Then I give him one more chance, have my parents drop my jeep off as I was at work on March 19th. It sat there for 16 days without being touched, I msgd him for an update 1 time he said he forgot his main mechanic which mind u is his ONLY mechanic forgot he told him he had to go east of the Mtns so *** was running the shop himself that was the end of the convo, week later I asked for another update he tells me his main mechanics car broke down east of the Mtns and was supposed to be back 1 day but didnt get back til the next day and he said they would work on it that next day he got back, few more days go by no update from him, yet again I msg him he says hadnt gotten to it yet but told his mechanic my jeep had been sitting there the longest so they had to get her done few more days go by and I hear nothing. I have a friend go check on it, says the cars is all unlocked. This entire time my jeep that has a very nice sound system and some other stuff has been sitting there this entire time unattended over night unlocked.

    I took a set of wheel to get completed back in early October 2024 I paid half of the repair ($300) to be done in a timely manner. Initially the owner told me it was going to be $600. It took about almost 4 for the wheels to get done and to top it off they had to charge me an extra $200. They have poor communication skills. I went back late October the owner told me it would take couple days to get it done, I went back and they said they werent ready that it should be the following week. Went back again the following week and I got the same response. Finally I had enough it and I texted the owner saying I want my wheels and money back. And within seconds they got the wheels done. The owner told me I can go Saturday to pick them up. I went Saturday and they were closed. I am not a very happy customer. Shady shop, shady business.

    I tried to make him happy. As can been seen with some photos of my conversations with ******. With all things considered? When he dropped the wheels originally? He told us he had no deadline and we could take our time. He said to me and my team "I don't mind if it takes a few months" 

    Once he said he needed the wheels back ASAP? We dropped all our other projects to be able to finish up his. He seemed quite happy from our perspective. I told him originally when he dropped off the wheels that most likely would be 600 total because of the condition of the finish on the wheel. However, I also stress to him that if I have to chemical strip the faces ? It would most likely be an extra couple hundred bucks . He made no objections at the time . once we got into the set of wheels he left with us. We discovered that it needed a full chemical strip in order to restore the original manufacturer quality of the finish. We spoke over the phone. He authorized the work for us to do. I reminded him of the $800 total. He made no objections again. 

    Lastly. It would seem that no matter how hard we tried. Or how ever many late nights we stayed to make sure he was happy with the product he left. Or however, I apologized. He felt it necessary to deface my business online. I made an approach to him already receive a refund on the work. He never got back to me. Instead decided to Honor his one star review. Because of his decision To ignore me and personally attack my company? Now he approaches the BBB. Which I used to be a strong member of. However, financially i cannot afford to be a member at this present time.

    Me and my team work incredibly hard. We do a job clients that no other business in the ***************** even offers. We are a small family business and we want everyone to feel loved. my conversations with this gentleman reflect that. I professionally do not see any reason for me and my team to continue to put up with his manipulative tactics and antics. It is also my professional opinion that I should wait for him to remove his 1star review on ****** before I consider offering a refund if any kind. We bend over backwards to make people happy and sacrifice most holidays and evenings with our kids and family to offer our services. Because he prefers to do backhanded communication tactics? We (me and my team, by also you and your fantastic team) should let him make the first move at this point on making this situation better for everyone.
