  Terrible- No customer service- Have to go through metal detector and have luggage searched prior to entering building? Needs to mention this on site prior to booking! We would have never stayed here.

  Will never go back! Smells like ashtray! Beds are broken down and suck! We had reservations for steak house and they decided to throw a party and did not contact us and we had these for two months! Silver reef in ********** is way way nicer for the price and there is no homeless people around! Also why would u put the person checking people into the special party for the steak house by the elevators to our rooms we were asked several times rudely where we were going! To our room duh! All around worst weekend thanks to this hotel! Id like to leave a negative number but it wont let me!

  On 5/15 I was playing on the chaos table when I was assured by a man in his 70's. I called fir security and when they arrived because I was a lot younger I was treated as the criminal. I did nothing wrong while this old man poked me and punched me. When security came I was escorted away from the table while the older man was allowed to continue playing. Security surrounded me and took me away. I asked fir the manager and hotel manager came. He informed me that he watched the video and that I was assured yet he did nothing. So I asked to file a complaint against the hotel manager and while I was filling out the paper work he supposedly called the head if security and he came to me and snatched the complaint paper out of my hand and whispered under his breath that I blew my one chance. I don't understand . So I asked the security guard if I can get another complaint form to file against **** the head security and they told me no. And I was informed by **** that if I did not cut it out they will ****** me out of casino. And he whispered to me that he would slapp the s*** out if me. I request for the police. And the Indian police came and did nothing. All the manager and head security did was stand there and laugh at me. Emerald queen casino' corporate, probably does not know how these people in management treat the loyal customers. ********************** is run so poorly. Staff in management abuse their power. They need to get rid of some of their managers. People that are more into customers service. Cho

  A couple weeks ago my wife and I were playing slots machine at *** ****** when all of sudden the machine i was on just went black on the middle of my bonus free spins. I called for service and after about 40 minutes waiting i was able to get someone to help. The employee tried to fix the machine but was unsuccessful during that time she mentioned that they had been having problems with that machine all day. she was there for a good hour and wasnt able to get the machine going again so my cash ticket was left in there and i was told that since they couldnt get it back on that they couldnt see how much my ticket was for. that i had to wait until they fixed the machine in order to get my money and that I could take a few days. i told them ok she asked about how much money i had in there i told her about $57 but that i was in the middle off bonus play. long story short i had to wait about a week to have an answer after no communication what so ever from them only to have them tell me they could only give me $16 dollars back because they couldnt fix the machine and couldnt figure out the right amount. I felt scammed and robbed because not only did the not pay me the free play but they also stole my money i had in there already which was ************************** what they felt like which was $16. im so frustrated and angry at this situation instead of helping me or compensate me for my wait and wasted time they decided to steal my money. very disappointed i will write a formal complaint with the BBB as well with the states general attorneys office to see what can be done and to make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else.

  It is my favorite casino to go play slots (Fife location don't have table games) in **********. It's very conveniently located right off the I-5 highway. They have plenty of parking spaces and also have one of the cheapest gas station in town right next to it. I just need to remember to fill up before I walk in the casino incase.... It is not the most bling bling casino, but not sleezy or unsafe place at all. I feel very comfortable and welcomed not anxious, shy, or nervous at all. Out of many times that I've been there only few times, some security guard was being somewhat rude, but rest of the staff is very very friendly and professional. There are plenty of drink stations with free coffee and fountain drinks, but restroom always feels like far away. Drink prices are not too expensive and friendly waitress comes around often. Not too many choices for the food, but they are affordable at the deli if you get hungry. Their player card points seems to take forever to rake up points for free play and I just feel like I do better without the players card in the slots.I feel like EQC has the best payout slots around town. For sure I've had more percentage of winning trips than other ruthless casinos near by. That is just my experience. EQC is a place I can comfortably relax, or party and maybe win.

  As a former employee there of 7 years at EQC I can tell u that this place as well as its upper management abuses its employees and treats them like garbage. I was abused there daily for 7 years and had ***************************** threaten to punch me in my face. I was called many profane things throughout my time of employment there. I was assaulted by more than one employee in and outside of the workplace, and I was fired as well as banned from casino property for exercising my rights to report abuse and harrament with reason being that they quote "reserved the right to". Multiple attempts I have made to get copies of the barring from property as well as my employee files have been denied and multiple calls, messages, and emails left unanswered. They even tried to have me sent to a mental hospital to cover up their actions. This place is ran by bullying and jealous people who are incapable of keeping a safe work environment. The people getting away with the abuse there are related to tribal board members which means they will all continue to get away with abuse and they threaten any employee who tries to tell or do anything about it including myself. I would give no stars to this place if I could.

  I went to Use the bathroom and about a minute later a make security guard yells in the restroom saying we know youre smoking ! They were a couple ppl that left right before I walked in and I literally didnt even have enough time to unbutton my pants when I came out they asked for my id and called a few ppl on the phone and had me stand there while they said I was smoking. I do not even smoke and if I did I would just smoke in the smoking section not hide in the bathroom. They were wrong and wouldnt even look at the security footage. I was embarrassed and humiliated and will never go to that establishment again.

  I won the jackpot at it machine Money bag red machine at July 23 2023. As far as I remember the machine goes red and too loud, first tiem it happens to me so I thought its broken. Three security guard come to the machine and just reset it didnt say anything to me. I was so confused and I thought aww maybe I was wrong winning the jackpot. Today I am watching ******* and I see the machine that goes red and become louder and hit the jackpot. It happens to me. My complain is.. why the security guard that come to me didnt say anything to me or help me about it. Whe. They knew I won!!! I maybe wrong about it.. but I would love someone to help me to investigate.. for someone like me that dont know anything about all the machine.. those personnel should be aware for the people who win. Casino will do everything if u do wrong to them.. why they dont do something to someone who really win!!! They should check on me that time and at least explain it to me.

  The slot machines barely ever hit anything. They are set to only take your money. Only machine that ever pays is the **** And they even charge you to use that. Worst casino that I have ever gone to.

  This is not a complaint regarding winning/losing money. This is a complaint against 3 security officers that have unjustly and falsely accused me and harrassed me for something I did not do and they had no proof whatsoever that I did do anything. As a regular customer, they approached me as I was playing slots. They wanted to see my ID. I gave that to them as everyone around that section was staring, the one security guard asked me if I was there with a certain person. I said no I am there with my friend and it's her birthday so I had taken the night off to spend with her. I work hard all the time and take care of a disabled husband at home and work at night. I am ************************************************************* the bathroom. I said "WHAT? I have never done drugs in my life, you are mistaken sir." I told him he can search my purse, he said that's not necessary. My friend I was with was nearby. She has known me for 23 yrs. Our kids grew up together. She even told them that they have the wrong person. None of the 3 security guards listened and told me I had to leave. Since my girlfriend and I came there together in my car, we both had to leave. The security guards followed us out so they made sure we were out the door. I have never been so embarrassed and mortified in my life. If any of their accusations was even in remotely true, I would understand. But, honestly I have never done drugs or substance use in my life!! It is 3 days later and I am still hurt and in shock from this situation. I want a formal apology from these security officers and I want all 3 of them fired for the pain and suffering they have caused me. By the way, this happened somewhere between 4:02 and 4:10am early October 6th. My friend and I had been playing at a bingo hall earlier, prior to arriving at Emerald Queen Casino in ****, **.
