    I have had multiple times in the year I've been at this house where trash is not completely emptied, not picked up at all, or had ridiculous charges for service. The first time I called the person I spoke with asked questions about who all lives here and what our trash habits were when I asked for a smaller can and told me that I had to stay with a 65 gallon. I have since called again and changed to a 10 gal with recycling but this company is terrible and only cares about squeezing people for as much money as they can. With all the crime and other c*** going on here these days stuff like this is the "cherry on top" of the "moving the heck out of here" sundae...

    This company is literally GARBAGE, a sorry excuse of an existence for a company. Wish you could give 0 stars for a trashy unprofessional garbage company. We get our trash picked up on Tuesday and they missed our trash on Tuesday. I called in on Wednesday, was told that work order will be created to pick up trash and it woiuld take 1-2 business days.Called back Friday evening since the trash is still full and smelly and no pick up, was told the truck broke down AGAIN and my trash would be picked up on Saturday.Saturday rolls around and trash is STILL smelly and FULL at 6pm. What a sorry excuse of a company. Please go out of business at some point for the sake of humanity.
