      Mover: "What's this." Customer: "A guitar case." Mover: "Is there a guitar in it?" Customer: "Yes". ********************** mover takes the guitar, doesn't inventory it. Leaves the apartment. Guitar never shows up at the destination. Customer to **********************: "My guitar never showed up at the delivery address." Continental: "I'll put a tracer on it in the warehouse." Two weeks later. Continental: "We can't find your guitar. I'll send you a claim form." Continental Van Lines Claim form: "Please provide pictures of the damaged items." If you use them and have anything of value, do not trust them to move those items. They will steal them. They are thieves.

      Customer was not at origin location during load. No guitar was ever inventoried or loaded at any point in the move process before delivery. Customer is encouraged to file a claim with the ****************************
