    Our HOA needed new play equipment for our neighborhood park. I,HOA president had gotten 3 bids from 3 companies & the board decided to go with Puget Sound Playgrounds. I met with ******************* on May ******* to place our order for 1 square pedestal picnic table green $2598.00 & 1- 3.5 arch swing frame 8 ft bay with 2 swings $2840.00 including ********************** for subtotal of $5498.00 plus tax of 9.4% of $511.17 for Grand Total of $5,949.17 with a deposit required of $3500.00. Gave him our check from *********** *************** ck no **** dated May 20,2023 for $3500.00. That left a balance of $2449.17 owing when the product came in..our time frame was 6-8 weeks for delivery. I spoke with **** several times via phone or email as to the status of the order. I was told that things were on back order but they were still coming by end of July. Then on Aug 2,2023 received an email that due to unforeseen circumstances PS PLAYGROUNDS is unable to fulfill order.You will receive a refund check in 30 - 60 days. Our sincere apologies. I called immediately that *********** numbers are disconnected & no response on email. We have NOT received a refund check as of today. Our HOA is a small community & this loss is very damaging to us.Thank You for your attention in this matter.*******************,President ***
