    Peter Schmidt Construction remodeled my existing waterfront home on ******************** in 2009. The construction was complicated due to the various regulations in place for building on the shoreline. We were so satisfied with the job completion that we hired them to build us a hangar on ************* near ************. Again, we were very pleased with the construction of our ********** I am in real estate at the local ***************************************************, ** office, I am very familiar with how difficult it can be to process the description of materials, plans, budget, permits, during the course of construction inspections and obtaining final certificate of occupancies. On the island, the entire process of new construction or a remodel can be very character building for the property owners, but Peter Schmidts firm made it easy. I have such a high level of confidence in the firms ability to service their clients from start to finish that I refer my real estate business clients to his firm on a regular basis. I highly recommend Peter Schmidt construction for projects on *******************.
