    Horrible experience! My father passed away on December 12, 2024. She visited this funeral home a few days after his death to begin the process of his cremation and to request the death certificate. The first death certificate issued had my mothers incorrect middle initial and had her maiden name instead of her married name so she requested a revision. Weeks went by with no communication from the funeral home. After multiple calls to them, they promised they would expedite the revised certificate. Again, we did not receive so another call was made and they said they would send the revised certificate soon. We just received the revised certificate on 3/17/25 (more than 3 months after my fathers death) and the certificate is still showing my mothers maiden name. Her middle initial was corrected. Meanwhile, during all this, her financial assets have been frozen by her financial planner since they need the death certificate in order to unfreeze. Fortunately the financial planner will accept this revised certificate, however I felt compelled to write this review because I dont want anyone else to experience this. Do not use this funeral home! It was explained to them many times that my mothers assets were frozen and we needed this escalated and that clearly was not done. After my mother losing her husband of 55 years, this is not something she should have had to deal with.
