      If you want a thorough honest inspection, Brian is your man. We had him inspect our 110+ home before we put it on the market, he literally leaves "no stone unturned". The difference between his inspection and the buyers guy was night and day! He's #1 in my book!

      Bryan did an incredible job on my house inspection. I really appreciate that he has been doing inspections for so long and prior to that worked on many large construction projects in the area. He fully explained any issues he identified in layman's term so that I could understand them. His report was very thorough and delivered in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend True North home inspections.

      True north home inspections came out to do a home inspection for my first time purchase.
      Brian was awesome to work with.
      He was professional, insightful. And gave good advice and recommendations for the inspection itself, but also general home maintenance.
      Price was fair for the time on site and the quality of the report.

      This company did a home inspection of my home in 2021. The assessment was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The representative, walking around my house, noted that my retaining wall, made of wood, "would need to be replaced in around 4 years." (I'm quoting him). It is 2025, and guess what? I noted the wood disintegrating so that I now need to start thinking of a new retaining wall. It is good to have an assessment by someone who is experienced! Thank you.
