      On 9/26 we met w/Todd, the owner. On 10/06 we paid a 50% deposit for fabrication & installation of a gate. Todd promised a CAD of the gate
      & access to our driveway during construction. He said his "Office Manager" Bethany (aka, his wife), would be getting in touch.On 11/04 I reached out b/c it had been a month, Bethany finally responded on 11/07 with a hand drawn gate "schematic", not the CAD as indicated in her 10/04 email.On 11/30 I emailed Bethany to inform her our opener equip. was being shipped & asked for next steps. On 12/02 she stated next steps were for us to give the okay to make our location an active job site. I said that was fine, provided they gave us "advance notice". On 12/09 after 1pm I received a text that they wanted to start that Sunday
      & driveway would be inaccessible for 3 days! We had already invited company over, AND my fianc' was on call for work, so no. My fianc called Todd; they decided to start Monday instead, & again assured him he would make something so we could drive over the concrete.We went shopping that day and came home with a truckload of groceries and gifts after it was already dark & 36 degrees. What he left us, we could not drive over. I started hauling groceries up the dark driveway while my fianc called Bethany on his truck Bluetooth, so I could hear him. While he was upset, he never yelled or cussed. Ultimately, we were told to figure it out. On his way to buy lumber they called him to state they were pulling off our job, called him an ***** *****, & other expletives. Bethany sent an email after 9pm stating they would refund our deposit & were coming to get their tools the following day. I said I wanted my $5605 refund
      & Todd was not welcome on my property. I received a call from a Deputy, Bethany had called & lied; stated I told her I locked their tools in my garage. Broke up the concrete getting their tools and never issued a refund, had to file a dispute w/my credit card co. Very hostile & dishonest people!
