Product received did not match the item ordered. The bath bomb literally dyed my bathtub black along with my skin. Shop was notified, an issue was ignored and stated it was simply charcoal. When informed we did not order bombs with charcoal listed as an ingredient, we were informed their website policies page covers substitutions and deems this acceptable. I will from now on order my bath bombs from a known distributor, one that cares for their customers.

This is a false review, nothing claimed occurred. This person has attempted to scam my business twice, once successfully two years ago, and is upset that the second attempt was unsuccessful. This is an outrageous claim with zero evidence that is specifically designed to target and continue to harass my employees, myself, and my business. All of the harassment has been documented should BBB need more information.

My husband placed an order with this company for the first time Christmas of 2024. We have never ordered from this location before and never plan to order from it again. I am uncertain how asking for a refund, when the site fully acknowledged they substituted our product, is a scam. I wish no ill will towards this company, just believe the lack of compassion and overall rudeness does a disfavor for other privately owned businesses such as theirs. Immediately assuming evil intentions of customers is wrong. I make enough to not complain about a $30 gift, but when my husband simply states thats not the product I ordered that should count for something. Ordering fruit scented bath bombs and retrieving activated charcoal bath bombs that dye ones skin and bathtub black are two completely different order-sets & experiences.. I have a whole set of emails to prove my review. Please reach out if such datasets are needed.

My husband placed an order with this company for the first time Christmas of 2024.
We have never ordered from this location before and never plan to order from it again.
customer placed their first order in November of 2022, for a set of gift soaps that they claimed (two months later) were damaged and while they provided no proof, they were immediately sent a replacement set. Only after tracking information was sent and the replacement shipped did they demand a refund, which we also approved. Our replacement and refund policies requiring proof of damage are clearly stated on the website, policies they agree to by nature of ordering. I was under no obligation to replace or refund, and I did both, thus losing $100 worth of product.

I am uncertain how asking for a refund, when the site fully acknowledged they substituted our product, is a scam.
its a scam because all of this is false. The initial email from the wife (not the customer, mind you) did not request a refund; they made an extraordinary claim that the product dyed their skin and tub BLACK while providing zero evidence and claiming the bath bomb itself was not black. I immediately addressed the situation, empathized with the purported experience, and then went to work trying to discern how something like this could possibly happen. Upon investigation, I realized that the set they purchased did contain a bath bomb colored with activated charcoal (which does not stain but is in fact black). The water doesnt even turn black with this bath bomb; without proof of damage I am left with only my records. So I reviewed my testers notes and tested the product again, from the same batch of bombs they were shipped, documented and reported my findings complete with evidence, and closed the ticket. Only at that point did they pivot and demand a refund. I pointed them to my refund policies. They then pivoted  again to claiming they did not receive what they ordered, citing the current listing as evidence. I explained that the listing of the product they ordered on the 3rd of December changes often - the pictures, the ingredients, the scents, the design - as it is a limited edition set geared to a month or event. The product theyre NOW (as in, for the first time in this response) claiming they ordered were fruit scented, though the current listing theyre citing as evidence for their claim is for ***** florals when in actuality what they ordered was the winter vibes collection - a set of holiday bombs plus an exclusive preview of an upcoming line (which happens to be the bath bomb in question). I was not aware my staff decided to ship this particular bomb in December, but that is what the listing bears out. All of this is cached on my website. I explained all of this and she again pivoted to disliking activated charcoal and that it was not a listed ingredient. Activated charcoal was listed as an ingredient when they ordered, it is not now because the bath bombs currently on the site dont contain it. Regardless, the bombs in the box all had ingredient labels and the onus is on the customer to read the labels. I explained this and also pointed her to my substitution policy also on my site, so even if she had received the wrong bombs (she didnt), this was still within my rights to do as the terms are accepted when a customer places an order. She pivoted again - expecting a refund because she perceived my explanations to be rude and business practices dishonest because how dare I expect a customer to read fine print.

Net/net: she has no idea what he ordered. This ticket has been closed multiple times and she has continued to harass me, so I would say ill will is all she has toward this company at this time.

the emails will show everything Ive described above. As the BBB has decided to publish this completely falsified review without reviewing any information, I will be providing all of this information in a ******* video on my channel should other customers like to see the whole story.

I can guarantee we have never ordered from your company before, yet you continue to ****** review on ******** states the same singular claim, funny how I am a now a continuous thief. Best of luck to this company I hope you learn to treat your clients better ******** review:From Chantin: ****** ******* as I said in one of the emails you didnt post (which I cant and wont post without removing identifying information because this is the internet and doxxing my customers is not my idea of a good time), if you wanted a refund, you should have led with that. But instead you made up an extreme claim that your skin and tub were literally dyed black and that it was a horrendous experience - with zero evidence - that of course had to be thoroughly and promptly investigated because thats a huge issue. None of the product testers reported anything remotely similar, I tested a bomb from the exact same batch you were shipped and could not reproduce your findings, gave all of that information to you and you continued to email with NEW claims and allegations. THAT is the harassment. Lets stop that. Your review has been posted.****** Chantine ****** yep so you think I lied. I am sorry next time Im mad cleaning my bathtub and myself Ill stop to take pictures of my naked body and my dirty bathtub. I sent you the pics I took showing proof of purchase, and showing the bombs received did not match the ones we ordered. I never asked for a full refund. I would have been happy just for a refund for that one bomb, since I now dont trust the remaining, nor plan to use them. Your rudeness is beyond measure and assuming your customers are just liars is also ******* story has consistently stayed the same. Buyers beware!
