      I feel compelled to provide a comprehensive assessment of my experience with Harbor Speech and Language Pathology, aiming for constructive criticism to drive improvement.My initiation into their services faced challenges from the outset, with an extended and cumbersome scheduling process. Once assigned to a speech therapist, the use of slang terms like "kitty" and "doggy" during sessions struck me as unprofessional, undermining the therapeutic environment. The absence of assigned homework and explanations about the therapy process left both my child and me uninformed regarding session goals and progress.The selection of toys provided for therapy sessions was notably outdated and incomplete, significantly compromising the therapeutic experience. This issue was compounded by the consistent premature conclusion of each session, an unsettling aspect, especially given the substantial cost of $200 for a 30-minute session. A reasonable expectation is the full allocated time for the child's benefit.A glaring concern arose in the billing process, characterized by unacceptable delays in sending bills. This delay seemed strategically employed to accrue substantial charges on my child's account before sending threatening emails demanding immediate payment in full. The owner's handling of billing inquiries further exacerbated the situation, displaying a regrettable lack of professionalism and resorting to veiled insults.In summation, while I acknowledge every service has room for improvement, my experience with Harbor Speech and Language Pathology has been predominantly unsatisfactory. The numerous highlighted issues compel me to express a strong recommendation for potential clients to explore alternative options for speech and language therapy services more closely aligned with their expectations. My hope is that this feedback prompts a serious consideration of the service's shortcomings for the benefit of future clients.
