    Cant give less than one star. 1). Totally overcharged. Over $500 for a simple filing 2). I furnished all the paperwork. Listed all the deductions. 3). Lost my information twice. 4). Had to return 4 times. Every time they needed more info you go to the back of the line 5). Five months to file return. Missed 2 years of owed back taxes that they processed. 6). Blamed me for not providing front and back photos of a e-check (how to do?)7). Now it has been 7 months. Still no action. 8). Now facing IRS penalties: late charges and interest. Couldnt be less happy with their service.

    We are not in the business of losing client information and do not appreciate the slander.  The information you provided was not one single time the information we requested, which is why you had to keep returning.  We have notes on every interaction and explained that we could not help you if you provided inaccurate or incomplete information.  The echecks you provided did not match the dates and amounts we requested from you twice in writing so that there could not be any confusion.  We took immediate action when you got your notice even though you did not provide enough information to us. We explained your situation multiple times in a professional manner, even though you called yelling at us and assumed we did something wrong, and you simply didn't like the answers we gave.  You were aware of the terms of our contracts and the level of fees we charge and still chose to engage us.  We provide every client with payment instructions both verbally and in written format, which were not followed.  Unfortunately there is not anything more we can do in your situation because you have not cooperated.  We sincerely wish you the best in the future and hope you find a preparer more suited to you.
