    I received the item for some reason 30 days after **** money-back warranty and the seller's 3-month warranty expired as messaging shows many computer issues as of my last message the item now it is not fixable as apple also directed me to return it for a refund which I di so however from that point on seller never responded again he wanted an exchange which I refused.

    I purchased a laptop with a 1 year warranty in March 2023 and was returned for replacement after 3 weeks of almost begging the company to please send the replacement I received it and is nothing like what I ordered and does not meet my needs. The company refuses to communicate and resolve the issue almost as the buyer will give up and walk away. I'm not that customer

    The company contacted me said they were shipping me a replacement and have not and are no longer responsive to my emails or text   they are committing fraud and theft.
