    When my sister passed away I sold 2 houses to Jaromy with Kind House Buyers. The 1st house was easy, but the 2nd had property line issues, septic tank trouble, and vandals too. ****** was amazing in keeping the purchase moving forward, and notifying me of changes good and bad. Very honest and helpful. He was very patient and truly kind throughout.Thanks ****** !

    We had a family member pass away and leave us a home that was in poor repair. We knew it needed a lot of work, and we live out of state, so we had neither the time nor the resources to do anything with the home. ****** was incredible! Not only was he communicative and helpful, he was able to get us what we thought was a very reason sum for the home, and he dealt with all the paperwork. We were blown away at his responsiveness and willingness to do the work for the home. We couldnt be more grateful!

    My husband and I will be forever grateful to ****** and his team at Kind House Buyers. We worked directly with ****** who was amazing throughout the entire time. He was in touch daily, explained every step of the process as we went through it, never gave up when problems came up, and was forever patient and kind. And not only did they buy our house from us, ****** found us another to move in to and handled that perfectly. We were able to close on our old house and move in to our new one on the same day! Never in a million years could we have accomplished all of that without ****** and his outstanding team. A special thanks to his amazing team of attorneys as well, especially ****, thank you all!
