    They do not let you cancel through the account and force you to have to call. The app is incredibly glitchy and doesn't work well either. It's too difficult to cancel because they do not have click to cancel. Hopefully with the new law in place they'll be forced to comply and no longer be able to force consumers to continue their subscriptions like they are now. It's a very frustrating experience especially for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to fight with a company to get a subscription cancelled.

    They do not provide you a refund, even if you cancel within their established timeframe 48hrs. They state if things go into production they can't provide refunds, this is so deceving holding a customer responsible for their production. Why were the supplements in production before the payment was made! I have no control over that, just the charge made into my account. We should always be able to get refunds if we are within term and conditions

    Customer service responses to my inquiry are word for word what others experienced. I'm now in the waiting period for the management review. I have had medical issues that made me have to discontinue the vitamins. I reached out to them and asked for the order to be cancelled. You should be able to cancel directly off the website, but they deliberately do not have that option. Once you get them on the phone they try to keep you by offering 50% off. That is only the one time offer and then you get locked back into a subscription that you have to literally jump through hoops to cancel. They say that they offer email reminders, but I never got one so I was unaware that another order was shipping until I saw my card charged. I contacted them and they said it was processing so they could not stop it. Same story they told others. The vitamins are good. The product is not the issue. The high charges, lack of customer support and ridiculous manner to cancel this item is the issue. You can get good vitamins at your local health food store, pay a lot less, and not have to deal with this nonsense. Customer service should help a customer - not lead to more frustration. Just steer clear and avoid the hassle.

    Thank you for the feedback; we take customer concerns seriously and sent a follow-up email after the initial chat. A manager emailed on 2.7 to the email associated with the account, providing more information on the confirmation of delivery for the reminder email and directions to locate the cancel option within the customer portal. We recognize that there was room for improvement in explaining the reminder email process and cancellation process on the chat. We have addressed this appropriately to support improved communication for our valued customers. Hopefully, we can connect soon, learn more about your experience, and investigate any other items of concern.

    Horrible customer service. The currency conversion stated $61.02 as my sub total, with $88 being the final amount. I was then charged $150. And please note that there was a 50% off promo who the heck spends 300$ on vitamins a month. I could buy full bottles for that price. When I tried to cancel this 12 hrs after noticing the charge, they pretty much said bye b**** and that its already been produced and packaged. NOT my fault that you guys failed to monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner. Your neglect should not be my problem to pay for. Never will I ever give this a try.Theyre now ignoring my emails which is probably due to my attitude but babes, you asked for it. Customer service is customer service. Provide it or provide a solution.
