    We hired *********************, a certified ********************************** certified hardwood flooring inspector, to perform a flooring inspection at our house on Jan 14, 2023. He came to our house, took measurements and photos, and promised an inspection report within two weeks. We paid him at that time with a check for $850, with the cost breakdown $350 for the site visit and $500 for the report. We contacted him through email and phone multiple times requesting an update on the report, and he promised to deliver it each time. He is now (as of Feb 24th, 2023) not returning our calls or answering our emails and has failed to deliver the report. We subsequently found on **** that multiple other parties have had the same thing happen, so we believe that he is now fraudulently promising services and never delivering them or returning the fees he charges up front.     Letting you know in writing that our complaint against Hardwood Inspections (********) has been resolved. Hardwood Inspections finally returned the report we paid for, and while it is not to the standards we would have expected, we are done pursuing the issue and would like to close the complaint.

Hardwood Inspections is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
