    Called over the phone to check on a part. They had it ready the next day when I walked in the guy was like are you *****? Sign here, that thing on the floor is your fan. After I installed it I realized the fan does not work. I called and asked what I could do and the guy was like bring it back. I asked if I was getting a refund? He said yes cause we dont have another fan. My dad went to return it and they told him he could get store credit or nothing. My dad ended up agreeing cause the guy told him it was his only choice even though I was told we were getting a refund. If you read their ****** reviews there is dozens of people that have experienced this same situation. Apparently this is a company that does this as a way to get money, they will sell you something untested that does not work and then refuse your refund for store credit that they know people wont use.

    If your purchase is deemed warrantable, we will at our discretion provide one of the following:

    -  exchange your product

    - offer instore credit

    -offer refund less any applicable restocking and labor fees. Refunds are issued by our corporate office and are paid by company check or refunded to original card used to pay.

    -purchasers who engage in the warranty process agree to allow a third-party inspector to evaluate the cause(s) of the suspected failure of product. Should a third-party inspector deem the product failed due to any circumstance outside of defect in material (IE: installation error or neglect), warranty is void. 

     

    Refunds: 

    all returns are subject to inspection please allow up to 2 full business days for inspection to be completed, NO refunds issued without inspection. No refunds on special ordered parts including body cuts or beds.

    NO refunds on electrical parts, instore credit only.

    all refunds must be accompanied with original receipt, within 30 days.

    all checks have a 14-day waiting period before refund may be issued by company check or instore credit only

    Restock fees to include all ship and handling and labor charges incurred. A 35% restock fee of the original sales price or $45 whichever is greater. 

     

    I'm sorry seeing as your part is electric thus your refund was issued as instore credit, which is waiting for you on your account.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their 30 day warranty is a joke. They refused to refund us for their broken parts, after they told us to drive down to see about a refund (which was a 2 hour drive each way). They were extremely rude and unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Per company policy all parts must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You tried to return a part that you broke during installation.

    God. Awful. If I could give negative stars, I would. I call because I need new (to me) rims. I know nothing about cars. They send me to a catalog website that doesnt help whatsoever, but there are numbers I thought they would need to help me, so I call them back and give them the numbers. They tell me theyre no good and to try calling a company in another city for info. I call them back with the info I got from that company, then the man on the phone proceeds to completely berate me verbally, going off on me because (which I clarified) I know nothing about cars, rims, tires, etc. They raised their voice until basically yelling at me, because I didnt know something and needed help, and the advice they gave me from the start was so vague. Their customer service is horrible! You better know everything about your tire/rim before you go there. From the wheel bolt pattern to what country the materials were sourced from, cause thats about how knowledgeable you have to be to get anywhere with those people! Sorry I dont have a PhD in car knowledge.
