    I hired a company here in ******* to do a bathroom remodel for me and they were using J&J *********************************************** LLC for the plumbing. The first new shower head installed I immediately noticed had very little pressure and all of the holes were not working properly? I had asked J&J *********************************************** LLC after they were done installing if they tested this and they stated yes. I was not there at the time and obviously needed to be. I also noticed after they left how loose the faucet handle was so the hot/cold temperature did not work properly. I let the company I hired know my concerns and after days of waiting the bathroom designer came out and literally looked and agreed there was an issue with the handle and shower head. I chose to try a new second shower head and this one also did not work. In fact, it immediately would drip constantly. I also noticed the shower arm was loose? At this point, I called a reputable plumbing company I used before and trusted to come out and find out what was going on. The reputable plumbing company came right out on the same day I called, otherwise I had to wait until that next Wednesday to have J&J *********************************************** LLC come out and that was unacceptable, considering the second new shower head was dripping constantly and in need of repair asap. The reputable company showed me and corrected the issues found that were incorrectly done by J&J *********************************************** LLC. The reputable plumbing company had to install a new **** Posi temp tub/shower cartridge. They had to reinstall the shower arm because it was loose and reinstall the second shower head. One of the faucet screws was loose and also needed repaired. The reputable plumbing company thoroughly tested everything and showed me what needed to be done and what was done to correct all of the issues. After these issues and trusting the company I hired for bathroom remodel to hire quality plumbing, I found unfavorable reviews for J&J *********************************************** LLC.

    Today **** and *** installed my microwave and stove. They did a great job, were professional yet easy to talk to. They made sure I understood all aspects of the appliances they were installing. I highly recommend them and should I buy another appliance that needs to be installed I will definitely reach out to them.

    Had them install a cooktop and I should have done t myself. They charged me for work they didn't do and then the lies and excuses from them started. I hate that I have to give them such a high rating, but zero is not an option....stay away and use an accredited business.

    I am a contractor that was working inside of a house and j&j came to install a sink faucet, I was told by the incredibly rude plumber that he won't work in the same house as another contractor which is ridiculous considering the laughable amount of "work" he needed to do. I was in a different area away from him but he Insisted that he WILL NOT do what he was supposed to unless I left. Rude and entitled, stay away from these people.
