Defective sealed box missing the only pack of cards within the box, it was a child's birthday gift. I tried to get assistance from online support, even ****** the parent company, but kept being requested to repeat tasks and never getting anywhere. I wasted a lot of time trying to fix the issue, the support team is as corrupt as quality control.

This review pertains to their MTG ARENA mastery pass. I purchased a mastery pass which should have unlocked digital products. There is a full description of the product that states as such. I have completed the goal (play time and wins) needed to receive the products detailed. However, I have not received the "rewards" (products) that I purchased. I contact Wizards of the Coast about the issue and received a blanket statement about how the issue was brought to the attention of the developers. In my contact through their customer service ticket system I explained what had happened and that upon my own research into the issue I found that others had been experiencing the same issue and had evidence. They had evidence of their issue, customer service contact and same blanket answer. Wizards is well aware of the issue and it would seem they have been full nearly a year now. They continue to sell the product and in fact renew it for each season of play (roughly 30-60 days).
I informed them that I wanted my money back if the issue was not addressed in a timely manner (stated 3 business days). I also told them that I would lodge a complaint with the BBB. I has been over a week and no fix and no money back. By all appearances this seems to be a known issue with their product and is not the only one they have had. I demand Wizards return my money or I will pursue establishing a class action law suit against their company for fraudulent business practices.

Congratulations, Wizards of The Coast for telling your long time players, consumers, and fans how much you value us with your consistent price gouging and incompetent ability to manage your eternal formats. This game would not be where it is today without us, your consumer base, and because we continue to buy, support, and play with your products you guys get to tell ****** how well your division does so that they can find new ways to **** us dry for everything we've got while delivering us a worse product and experience!! I have been a dedicated MTG player for over ten years and I dedicate so much time to the game I love but you guys let me down more often than not and I am so sick of it. MTGO has always been an unnecessary rip off but MTGA somehow takes the cake-- then let's not even start with the perpetual product dump you offer practically the day after a set comes out regardless of the product line; utterly insanity to the extent it says you don't care about whether or not the average person can afford to keep up. Modern is now a rotating format, and Standard hasn't been interesting since before the pandemic. Pioneer is boring and uninteresting, and Legacy at this point is even more inaccessible due to the cowardice with the reserved list "promise."You guys are unironically a microcosm of late-stage capitalism and the reason why hardly anything these days can be left untouched by the greedy corporate shareholders blood **** for perpetual growth and profit seeking. I am unhappy and fear the downfall of the game I love is already in free fall. Poor card design, poor community engagement, and a poor understanding of what made Magic: The Gathering so great in the first place!

My MTGO account was "permanently banned as a fraud prevention measure." Daybreak Games says that Wizard of the Coast marked my account this way. Daybreak games told me to start a new account if I want to "continue to enjoy trading". So I lost thousands of dollars in an MTGO account, and it was shut down with zero reason why or from some sweeping fraud protection...

Enough has already been said. My experience with MTG Arena has not been good. The product is presented as MTG the card game, but digital. It is a digital cash grab just like countless others. DO NOT get into this fraud game. DO NOT get scammed. The terms of use says it all, however as with all of these digital products these days, the **** is not even remotely obvious. Have you ever seen a commercial on TV and there are paragraphs of unreadable fine print at the bottom? This is the same thing. The people that I really feel sorry for are the kids. These companies, especially ****** WoTC, are PREYING on children that don't even know what **** is, much less understand the purpossly convoluted contents. Take Dungeons and Dragons, or just about any other similar "game," for example. There are a convoluted amount of classes to choose, but only a few are effective. The **** as it's called. It's the same with MTG. Obviously, right. Tons of options (cards) are presented, but only a select (baked in) few are effective. So, if you get these products, be warned, you will be forced into playing with the same cards/class, or suffer traumatizing loses perpetually. Creative competitiveness is presented to you. But what you get is TIC TAC TOE. When dealing with adults, this is fine, buyer beware, right. But, with children, this is deplorable. And this isn't even the worst. My advice to anyone reading this is to go back to board games. Go back to retro games. Don't allow yourself to be scammed. And PLEASE guide your children away from these predatory companies.

Has no number to call to get help. I ordered a secret layer and *** sent me this message. All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. *** will notify the sender. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to see if they can replace it because it was a limited drop. They have a help number that tells you to send them a email. I would give 0 stars if I could

Found out that a number of @IASassocation people got hired, went to investigate offerings from outside retailers, including Scientology.TV so a lot of new investigative material was discovered using the Catholic- charities ********** homeless resource center. Previously, the Volunteers of America had tried to do civil damages is what I was left with in Downtown ****, and several years before that in community college, private security was blammed for ********************************* mess, but totally a **************** like pillaging in terms of study, collection, accussations, "corporate governance" [OSA] seemingly classic-NEO styles. Not impressed with putting up with newspaper business at work so it didn't surprise me when HR moved on with a number of submissions, I think in 2023, when I had to cook up a brand new resume, and got started with that in 2022 while buying computer games online.I used Dungeons and Dragons Online a little bit, never bought anything, did venture in the game with a previous version, and found that it wasn't perfect. I prefer the NEVERMINTER MMOPRG and appreciate CRYPTIC these days. I got the chance to check out the very first releases back in 2012, running old school graphics/laptops, excited that the old campaigns are still celebrated. For me, in terms of digital with D&D, I still really like the old previously released CD-ROMs that function on Windows XP, had 1-2 discs stolen in *********. In the earlier gen- ******** had older WotC websites with broken links to download the backups for adventure mods, I think artwork too, but have been thrusted into Magic- the gathering so happy about getting cards there off the store. I think people still can make messing with these games really hard, at least "outside the office." No offended I didn't get a job interview, not passing on another backup CD-ROM from TSR (****), and current not a streamer for anyone. Using @Backstage.Com to pick things up as a customer, not running campaigns in near-term.

Terrible service, the "customer support" is just canned responses. They will mess up your order then not try to fix it. This company should fire everyone and try again.
