5 starsMy 11 year old gas furnace (boiler/hot water heater) gave up. I called ***************** and he thought a through cleaning might fix it. It ran for two days and quit again. With that we decided to have the whole thing replaced. (The old furnace had not been installed correctly in the first place - the venting pipes were too small, which made it very tempermental!) He was prompt, reliable, courteous and very knowledgable. He did a beautiful job. It is running perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased!Review fromRyan N

The highlights are: 1) I was asked if my issue was an emergency. The answer to this simple question could impact every non emergency repair and is a detail that I am glad is taken into consideration. 2) The time frame for a technician to show up was a 60 minute window instead of a 4 hour window like other companies.3) The technician was on time and courteous. He answered well all of my questions.4) The repair part was ordered on site, received and installed the following day.5) The cost for the technician to show up and troubleshoot is far more agreeable than his competitors. If you value your time and a fair value, don't waste your time with anyone else.

Great experience. We called because I had a concern our furnace blower had a bad bearing. **** could have have told us it needed replacement but actually explained why it was ok. We then discussed options going forward. Would definitely contact **** in the future.Derr Heating & Cooling LLC

We would give them 10 stars if we could! Took the time to talk us through all options for our older Victorian. Accommodated our schedule. Arrived on time, finished efficiently, and were polite, friendly and professional. We feel we were dealing with real people, more than just 'a company', who will stand behind their work, and they left our basement cleaner than they found it!Derr Heating & Cooling LLC
