      My online Costco account was illegally access. My card profile was loaded without the **** Some how the illegal user was able to still make a large purchase (iphone 12 mini with applecare+). I can see getting access to my account but how they guess the cvv when i had my card in possession at all time and did not give it out. One person said it was multiple attempts 10 or more, and the fraud chat said there was only two. No one seem concerned with the breach. The illegal address ***************************************************** for order ********* was any attempt done to find the attempted theft? Also, I called while still pending and was able to cancel one but wasn't able to cancel the other order despite telling them it was fraud. I was lucky it was shipped to my address instead of the 2nd attempt fraud to above address. What happed if shipped would i been expected to pay for these two phone that was illegally purchased? I should not have been charge for this phone period.

      Costco has called and spoken to our member and we have emailed him as well to establish further communication.


      We are working to provide our member with a refund check as soon as possible.


      Costco will remain in contact with our member until we have verified receipt of the check on his end.
