    I paid $25 for this company to check if my phone is eligible to be unlocked. The result came back, yes my phone is eligible. So the next step is to pay $54.99 to unlock the phone for any carrier. I paid that fee that after 24 hours they told me my phone is not eligible for unlocked. I emailed them requesting a refund and they told me hard locked phones cannot get refund, then why did I pay $25 to check for unlock eligibility? What was that for? I want all my money $78.99 refunded.

    Express Unlocks Unable to unlock my phone do to a identified issue. Refund offered (Not full Refund) Never processed 2+ weeks later. Would like a full refund as product was not able to unlock my phone. I don't want site credit, want full refund back to my payment card.Very disappointed with a highly rated service.

    I paid ***** to get started for them to u unlock my iPhone 14 way back in march and then I got asked to pay ****** for u locking my phone now its May 15 2025 and they have not unlocked my phone I waitee patiently everytime I ask them how long more they give them the same automatic answer. Its like a computer talking to you. I need my refund back please this was all a waste of my money and time.

    On April 22nd, 2025, I decided to try an unlocking service to unlock my phone from my current carrier. Despite the horrible reviews I saw, I decided to at least try the first round of attempts with **************************. I was told it would take about 2.5 days. You can even track the progress online. Yesterday afternoon, on April 25th, it looked as though the unlocking process was about 70% finished. I then receive an email stating that they are going to need another $174 to unlock the phone. They had to negotiate with my carrier to get this price to release my sim/phone from them!! I know this is a scam!! When I requested my money back, I was given the option to take a$79 credit note that I cant use?!?!?! My issue is nearly the same as everyone elses on here! After researching and ready more complaints, Im glad I stopped when I did! So many people have paid prices of over $150 only to NEVER have their phones unlocked from their carriers! This company needs to be stopped and/or give everyone theyve scammed their money back!!!!

    I purchased a unlock code from ExpressUnlocks on April 20, 2025 for $24.99 witch is a common average price. They ran some checks and proceeded to charge me $106.00 on top of the 25 dollars. They then said they were working on it. 5 days later they are still "working on it".I have ask them several times to refund my money. They will not.There site says it often takes 30 minutes but typically takes 6 hours. All I get from them are auto-response messages telling me to be patient.

    It was 04/19/2025 I pay an initial payment of ***** for an eligibility check. They then asked I pay an additional ***** for a total of ***** & the Unlock Process supposedly began. Then when I wake up on 04/20/2025 I checked my tracking information provided by my card in apple wallet & also the site provided one; so I then get told they could no longer go through with the unlock unless I pay an additional $242. I tell them I cant & ask for refund to be told I misunderstood the ****************** that a refund would be impossible & then they proceed to encourage me to pay the now $211 so they could finish unlocking it. Then when I told them I was going to report the business to you all (BBB) I no long am receiving response from there Customer support

    I paid for my cell phone to be unlock and it been on 99% finished for all most two weeks now. I reached out for the last week and a half to get an update and the only thing they can say is is 99% finish I asked for a refund and they said no it shouldnt take two weeks to unlock a phone.

    3/23/2024 I placed an order to get my phone unlocked. It said pay $24.99 to check the imei and $54.00 will unlock it. They said they negotiated an unlocking fee for $236 and if the process fails for any reason i will receive a full refund back to my card including the $24.99 the $54.00 and the $236. They got my phone blacklisted and now they are saying that their refund policy doesn't allow them to refund blacklisted phones. THAT THEY GOT BLACKLISTED. On the screen before i paid the $236 it says ************ has a 100% success rate. As stated in our Refund Policy, if *************** fails for any reason (such as your phone being blacklisted), you will receive a full refund to your card, including the **************** payment. No additional payments will be required. but as i am talking to them via email they are saying I understand you referenced a statement saying the service has a 100% success rate and that a failed ***************, such as in cases of a blacklisted phone, would result in a refund to your card. Unfortunately, that isnt in line with our current Refund Policy for blocked/blacklisted devices. The policy takes precedence in these cases, and thats why we issued a credit note instead.

    They scam me out of money and many other people , I paid for they service they told me it will **** * days and now the 6 days have past and I have not received what I paid them ***** for
