    Dazzling Express cleaning is a Big SCAM. They never advertised the service as a membership and i was automatically charged after my first service as a monthly membership. While creating an account and setting up our first appointment, there wasn't any reference of monthly membership charges. To make sure that i am not mistaken, i have tried to create a new account once again and there is no reference to monthly membership charges. These people are making a big scam without clearly calling out the monthly membership and asking us to pay huge amounts for canceling the services. This is ridiculous.

    I created an account with Dazzling Cleaning after seeing ads on social media stating I could get unlimited cleanings for a set price per month (in my case $49). After my first cleaning, I decided to remove future appointments as I only needed a one-time clean, not recurring. I was charged $49 for the membership in March 2023 even though I have no future appointments scheduled. I went to go cancel my account on their website and its saying I have to pay a $163 cancellation fee, their message: 'If you cancel now before 6 membership months, your 1st appointment will be charged $163.70, which is the full price reduced by any discounted amount you already paid for the appointment." I reached out to their help service and have yet to get a response.

    I cancelled this service after the initial 6 month subscription to avoid a cancellation fee. When I canceled, I was not advised that I must also cancel the recurring billing in order to no longer be charged. I was unaware of this and the technician I cancelled with also made no mention of this policy. The bottom line is that they have continued to bill me $49 each month although there have been no services BECAUSE I CANCELLED! The cleaners were very nice, but they arrived with only bare bones cleaning supplies. I stocked up so that I could supply my own. They also would arrive at a different time than agreed and frequently leave before the time I had paid for. They did adjust my account by providing a credit for the next cleaning. I found it impossible to speak to a live person about this as everything is handled by their extremely annoying app. It is not very user friendly. Despite my reaching out multiple times for a refund, they have refused and explained that I did not comply with their ridiculous policy of having to cancel TWICE. Having a cleaner is a luxury for me, particularly with the economic state in this country. I worked with them for months trying to find a suitable cleaner that I didn't have to go behind and clean after and also to try to establish one cleaner to meet my needs. Each time I booked they attempted to set me up with a different cleaner despite my request to use "Elmie" exclusively. We have many pets and it is nice not only for my dogs, but also for my sanity to keep one person they become familiar with. I feel scammed. They did not offer to even split the fee with me and offer a partial refund. This practice indicates to me that this company does not value customer satisfaction and I will be leaving appropriate reviews and also not refer them to anyone in my circle. It is not really a value they way they hype it up to be when you pay for 4 months without services being rendered because I was dissatisfied with services.
