    The date of the transaction is 12/29/2023. I received multiple notifications today that orders were placed using my account. I immediately checked my ******* account and cancelled orders that didnt get cancelled already. I also immediately changed my password and contacted ******* via phone. The person I spoke with said everything was cancelled and assured me that one item was showing as cancelled but since they arent the seller they couldnt just cancel it. Since it was showing as cancelled they said give it a few days and it should cancel. Tonight at 9pm 11/29/2023 I received a tracking number for said item. This item was also purchased using ******* gift cards and a Mastercard that were not mine. The gentlemen on the phone escalated this to the fraud department. Tonight I contacted the seller and havent heard back. Im frustrated that sellers on ******* ship things that have been cancelled. I hope the fraud department is looking into this because I am not paying $50+ for something that I didnt order and it being shipped to ca but Im in Wa. Same complaint filed for *******.

    Customer placed an order for an item which was fulfilled by ******** This means ******* manages the payment, shipment and return for this order and is completely outside of our control as a seller. You can see in the screenshot we uploaded and also in the screenshots that customer has uploaded. 

    We responded back to the customer's initial email with 20 minutes. It appears customer didn't contact ******* for resolution or tried to return the product. It also appears the customer provided a confusing address which was addressed to both WA and ********.

    I do want to close out this case but before I do I would like to add that I did contact ******* before messaging the seller. I got off the phone with ******* at 2:26pm on December 29th but sent a message to the seller at 10:16pm.  I contacted ******* multiple times and finally got *** to return the item because it wasnt deliverable due to the person who hacked my account put a Ca address but I live in Wa which is available in the *** tracking.  I refused the delivery with *** and they returned it to sender. This whole situation has been a nightmare with ******* telling me the seller was shipping it and the seller telling me ******* was shipping it. I dont know how the seller thought I didnt talk to ******* before messaging them but I did talk to them and was told the seller was shipping it so thats when I contacted them.  Can I close this out through here?  I dont want to accept the sellers response because I did contact ******* first.
