    I hired **** as a trainer, and for about six months enjoyed working with him. I started back at school and was having health issues in addition to financial struggles, so I reached out to him saying that I would need to wrap up my time with him and not continue. This was all done through the app for Vital Fitness which is the Business being filed against. **** asked to have a Zoom meeting to discuss this. **** seemed very upset with my decision and urged me to keep going, saying that I was under contract for a full year. I told him that legally, I was allowed to exit the contract as I had health issues and time constraints and money issues, and my statements when going into the original contract were that I would only be utilizing them for the Summer months. This conversation happened back in September. I was being billed ****** each month for the services. **** told me He could cut my price in half for the remaining months of my contract, or I could work through December at the same price and he would make sure that it would be finalized then and I would not be charged in January. I asked him what I needed to do for that, and he said that he would take care of everything on his end and that my contract would just expire following my December payment. **** was very calculated, communicating only through the app and Zoom. I was charged again in January, and luckily took the screenshot on my phone that is attached when I saw that I was charged. He never provided me with any sort of link or way to cancel on my end, but had assured me over Zoom that he would have it taken care of on his end. The monthly billing takes place on the 16th of each month, and service goes through the 15th of the following month. Not only was I charged from ****, but he also blocked me from the app and deleted me off of social media so I would be unable to contact him. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE AND WAS CHARGED FOR IT. **** and his company made sure no records were kept.
