    Before booking my appointment, I had a phone consultation about achieving an all-over blonde look. Unfamiliar with the terminology, I trusted her suggestion of the Full Babylight treatment for my partially lightened hair. During our salon consultation on 12/11/24, I clearly communicated my desire to be "completely blonde" with "maybe a tiny bit of blending at the roots" and added, "I want to look like Barbie." Despite my requests, I was met with technical terms I didn't fully understand, prompting me to reiterate. I also said, "I trust you," to affirm my confidence in her guidance.However, the results were drastically different, with chunky highlights and a poorly blended root shadow. Additionally, multiple treatments were performed without my prior consent or knowledge. During the appointment, she made comments about feeling unsafe in the area, the cost of living, and mocked my ADHD, referencing someone else as forgetful and clumsy and suggesting they had ADD or whatever.I reached out on 12/18/24 to express my concerns and to seek a resolution. Her response was dismissive and aggressive, blaming me for the misunderstanding and admitting to performing treatments without my consent. When I requested a resolution, she refused a refund and implied I was only after money.Her behavior throughout this exchange has been unprofessional, aggressive, and unhelpful.Given the significant discrepancy between the service provided and the expectations set before the appointment, as well as her lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior, I believe the service did not meet the standards warranted for the price I paid ($602.50).
