    My wife paid in full and up front for basketball photos. After numerous attempts, ******, the owner of Star images, stated should would email the digital prints later that day. Nothing heard. We have called and emailed and still nothing back and it has been almost a month. This isn't a "one-off" accoridng to other reviews and previous customers (other parents). The business has received abnormal amount of comlaints. I did hear that ****** *** be at Drug Rehab (in person treatment) for crack cocaine but that is just what two of the parents said. The rehab was voluntary and apparently ****** is back to work.

    T1) They placed order on 09/15/2024 - attached copy #******** - we do not state  specific date on order delivery to customer we work through I9 Sports League & they deliver photos to parents, we dont control that.
    2) Their JPG Image was delivered 10/08 - we accidentally sent incorrect photo image.
    3) ****** Okimokeo (******) sent email on 10/08/2024 regards to photos being incorrect.  I responded 10/09 apologizing for mistake &let her know I would print again for her. ****** didnt state needed JPG image by specific date.  *** ****** stating that we never responded is a lie.  Attached copies
    4) On 10/16 ***** w/I9Sports ask if I would call *** ****** re Uriahs photos.  
    5) I called *** ******, he demanded he have JPG image by 10/18 JPG was delivered on 10/18 per request

     6) Star Images photographs tens of thousands of kids ea yr & we maybe have 20 complaints over a span of 34 yrs of business, thats a remarkably low %

    7) With regard to me in drug rehab for crack cocaine, I will have our attorney address this with *** ****** regarding his prev harassment & absolute libelous comment which is absolutely false. The Harassment and Libel is also criminal under the Wa St laws. This stmt by *** ****** tells you everything you need to know about this guy.

    I have attached copies of my email between ***** at I9 Sports as well with regard to *** ******** behavior.
