      Purchased a **** Float Vape on 10/08/22, this type of Vape is disposable and lasts for 3000puffs of nicotine, after 2.5 days the battery died and was useless. I brought it into Xhale Vapor n Smoke, the owner removed the top to examine the device. There was still juice/oil in the product indicating that the product is defective because it was not turning on or hitting. On the invoice it also states that defective e-cigs or vaporizers are to be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, if it the product does not turn on or is hitting it does not mention or exclude disposable vapes from this warranty on the receipt. He stated there was nothing he could do, offered a discount on a new item, or a mini as a replacement. I explained that I didnt want either of those as this item if defective. He told me to contact the manufacturer as there was nothing he could do, and couldnt loose money for a product he sold. I contacted the manufacturer and they stated However, we made agreements with all of our wholesalers and distributors, any returns they can bring back to our warehouse then we will replace all returns/defective items to our wholesalers and distributors. also that they can not mail out replacements to customers directly. They also directed me to their webpage to verify if the product sold is real using the authentication code. When the code was entered on the website it showed that the code could not be found indicating that the device is a fake. Its no wonder that he was nervous to give me the invoice, as well as stated he would loose money because he knew the product was faulty and a fake. All these customers are getting fake / defective items, and the owner is aware and scamming them out of their money! This is unethical and immoral and needs to be further investigated!!
