    I had a scheduled house cleaning. Told the scheduler not to go over 5 hours. I asked for baseboards to be wiped down. Just the downstairs cleaned. Tubs. Shower sink. Toilets. Counter. Floors mopped, the usual. They started at 9 am. When I arrived back home at 230 I asked how much longer. She said her vacuum had broken ? I looked around and all that had been done was a bed made and maybe ?? Main floor swept. Toilets weren't clean. Baseboards weren't wiped. The h Whole laundry room was missed. Sinks not cleaned out. Areas not swept or dusted. It was awful. I ended up having to so it all myself all over again

    Thank you, I have reached out to ************************** and resolved the issue. After communicating with her, my employee, and seeing the condition of the home (via her photos) It was  determined that there was more than could be cleaned in the five hour time frame that she requested. When ************************** booked the appointment I made he aware that this may be the case, and she agreed, but did not want to pay for more than five hours of service.

    I have cancelled her service per her request, and waived the 30 day cancelation requirement as a courtesy.

    I stand behind my employee and the work that was done. My employee even put in 20 minutes of her own time to finish the floor in one area. I was not aware of this until the complaint. I believe my staff not only did what I would expect of a cleaning technician, but she went above and beyond with kindness and finishing up the area she was working on when the five hour mark ************************** still have the email thread where ************************** agreed to this resolution. I am happy to forward them if you can instruct me on how to do so.
