      I purchased a 10 pack of "quicktix" in 2020 to fly my kids to the San Juans in the summer of2021, to meet up with me on my boat. The smoke was so bad when we went to use the tickets that the planes were not flying...thus we cancelled our trip. I called for a refund and they said their was a 20% admin fee ... so I asked if I could use the tickets the next year, 2022, and they said of course. 2022 came around and the boat was broke so we did not plan the trip and I called for a refund. So after I was led to believe there was no problem using the tickets or getting a refund (-20%), I receive an email from their "customer service" stating extension of the tickets was only good till March of 2022 and because I refused the refund the first time that is not a option to refund them now and basically ignored me from then on. My last response was a week ago with no reply. *****

      Hello, here is a chain of emails through the process which I did not have time to send.  Though I was miss-led through the entire process with them it looks like they have all their basis covered and have every reason and legal right to deny me anything. **** poor way to run a company but welcome to Corporate ******* right.  Their employees were misleading and their customer service flat lied about it. I pretty sure I lost here so thank you for your time.  **********;
