  Sorry you feel like that. Its not my intention to make you feel that way. You have every right to feel upset because I missed our appointment. I was dealing with a tragedy on the home front so please forgive me. I shouldnt let my personal problems get in the way of business I suppose. I didnt mean to My apologies maam. If you feel Ive earned a bad review to be made public because of it then I guess thats your right. God bless regardless.

  Thank you very much. Its so nice to read these words. I try to do my very best at all times on each and every job. Unfortunately some people take advantage of my work and kindness and Post mean and fabricated things and its so Unfair.. so what a pleasure it is when someone such as yourself takes the time to write an honest worthy review. (Unlike the hills) thank you so very much. Call anytime you like it was a pleasure doing business with you. The restoration on your chimney turned out fantastic and Im very proud of it myself thanks again. Chimney guy.

  The owner damaged our chimney, roof and stove. His work was so infantile that we have had to hire an industry professional to tear out and redo everything he did. Our family was put in danger when he left an open crack in the chimney in which fire could escape and and potentially burn down the entire house. I have written proof of him claiming the job was complete and demanding full payment in excess of our originally agreed upon price. He then quit on us when we questioned his work and had it inspected. Then he returned several days later wanting to finish the job he said was complete! We kindly refused and he proceeded to berated us and insulted us personally. He is as unprofessional as they come.

  The chimney guy specifically gave a price before the work even begun and this was made VERY clear beforehand. I also have written proof. Up until the very end all I heard was. That looks great that looks wonderful. Thank you we appreciate all the work you have done. I too have all the written proof of these things being said. Upon nearing completion of the job the chimney guy was asked for another copy of the estimate. The chimney guy gave another copy to them. It was at that very moment the chimney guy was blindsided with nasty comments like this isnt what we agreed to this is far more than what wet agreed to. Accusing me of something I have never done in my entire time in business. Altering an agreement the proof is also documented in writing 100%. I couldnt believe this false accusation I was livid. This customer was told this job was 50% down.. and 50% when completed.. 50% was paid. The estimate was literally spot on all they had to do the entire time was multiply the deposit by two and that gave the total. Nothing was ever changed nothing was ever altered instead of coming to me and saying we dont have the money to pay what we agreed they instead insulted me big time I couldnt believe it. Then If that wasnt enough I called the county and there was no inspection done. In fact all they did was lie to me.. steal money owed to me then If that wasnt enough Try to smear my name publicly simply because they ran out of money. Ima small business and I have a good reputation I think its of poor taste to publicly lie publicly defame character simply due to being morally bankrupt. Not one single thing written in this persons review is true whatsoever. I have all the documentation to prove I was scammed and that this blatant lie was completely fabricated.. its people like this that take advantage of others and will lie no matter what its one thing to exaggerate. Its another thing to completely fabricate something and publicly shame when its not right or even true knowing I cannot remove it.. what a cowardly low life thing to do. In the end I got scammed.. cost me a lot of money and character defamed unfairly by morally bankrupt folks who apparently scam contractors whenever they see fit. Didnt see this one coming.. they are that good.

  One more thing I am going to add.. I wish I could post the things they said. Awesome nice work we appreciate you and all that you have done but when it came time to pony up for the ****.. now all of a sudden its the exact opposite. What really irked me was after I got off the phone with the county I knew just how bad these folks were. Inspector said nobody ever went to that address nor was there even any future inspection dates recorded when the inspector said that I was just shocked at the audacity to make such a claim. I dunno about the rest of the world but I would think just about anyone that was told 50% died and 50% at final I would think most people would know to multiply their deposit by two??? When I asked about what could possibly be altered or raised in price they couldnt explain. EXACTLY cause you cant argue the math they know it further proving they were all about themselves and never had any intentions of paying (oh and crack in chimney)))))) this house is about to fall down built like in **** theres more holes in this house than there is chins in the Chinese phone book talk about reaching.. if it wasnt so serious and I hadnt lost so much to this scammer Id actually laugh at that attempt at this point.. its not a loss sometimes losing *******, dollars is actually winning and in this case. It is winning. Best of luck to these career scammers
