On 1/23/23 I paid Artisan Stone & Design LLC $7,384.00 to fabricate and install counters, sinks, and backsplashes to 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen at my rental property: **************************************************************. I picked out the white sinks and white quarts in person early Jan installation was scheduled for 2/11/23. They asked me to have sinks and counters removed before 2/11/23. On 2/24/23 the installers confirmed they could not install counters because they were measured wrong, some too short and some too wide. 2/27 kitchen counters were installed but the sink was not white and the hole was cut for the much larger silver sink. Quartz edges were not milled, holes for faucet not cut, and one slab was broken (glue filled hole). Artisan kindly apologized and explained they thought the installation was complete; however, they could not get me on the schedule for 2 more months to install the correct sink and finish install. I refunded tenants $2,700 for the month and they moved out. I let artisan know I could hire a different contractor for quartz, fabrication, and installation but i would still like the broken quartz fixed when they Artisan installs my white sink, they kindly agreed to refund me for any work they could not complete. On 3/16/2023, I received a refund of $1,709.18 for "Stone fabrication /installation of bathrooms". Artisan refuses to reschedule me to finish the work: install white sink and replace broken slab. They also refuse to refund me for the fabrication of the kitchen and the large marble and fabrication of the backsplash. I had to pay someone else to mount the sink, mill the edges, cut holes for the faucet, and bring the full wall backsplash behind the stove and pot filler. I do not believe gluing raw broken slabs to my kitchen was worth $5,675 and did not agree to that. I would be happy if they gave me a refund for the missing backsplashes, install the white sink, and replace the broken slab. If they cannot, I would like a refund of $3,500.
