The Northwest School of Falconry's website advertises "Falcon experiences" where you can get up close to birds of prey while learning more about them from a professional handler. On August 19th, 2024, I purchased one of their "Falcon Experience" packages for 2 people at $70 per person for a total of $140. I received an email verifying that my payment went through but no information about scheduling the experience. I used the message portal on their website to contact this organization to schedule and received no response. I found their email on their Yelp page and emailed and received no response. On Aug 23rd, after some online searching, I found a different email for them and contacted. I received a response from a **** who said to call him to schedule. We ended up talking on the phone briefly and tentatively scheduling the experience for end of October. Due to some scheduling mishaps on my part, I had to cancel this October date and I've been texting with **** to reschedule the experience since end of November and he has not responded. At this point I've decided to cancel the experience and requested a refund, but have received no response. When looking at ****** reviews of this organization, it appears that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
