      We went to quake for our special needs daughters bday. She needs assistance to jump (cant stand on her on) she I was holding her hands to assist in jumping about an inch or two. We were stopped and told we could not do that due to insurance liabilities and rules. The owner who talked to us even pointed out others doing the same and worse but said nothing to them? We felt targeted and then wasted most of our paid time discussing this. The owner even had me demonstrate in front of her how I was jumping with my daughter. It completely ruined her bday celebration there. And wasted over a 100 dollars at a family fun center in which within 15 minutes of being there was ruined by them. Kids all over were breaking rules but again nothing said to them to stop, just us during that time.

      In addition to our attached explanation letter, please see attached signs of our rules posted clearly on the main deck of the park.  ******* a guest agrees with the rules or not, they are required to follow them for many reasons.
