I hired Tri cities handyman to do an ADA ****** that consisted of taking out a big soaker tub, a four by five 6x6 inch plastic window and an arch window above that. He estimated five weeks to complete. My wife died in the eight week and it is still not completed. He claims he didnt bid to match stuco on outside of home. It doesnt match and the interior part of the ****** isnt complete. He is now refusing to come finish the job because I wont agree with what he wants. I have paid him $7750.00 of the bid prices of $9728.65. He never had his crew here for a full day. Always said they had a good stopping point. I just want him to finish the job so I can move on from this bad situation. Dont even have the new ****** door installed.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I am committed to finding a resolution.
I acknowledge that the project has taken longer than initially estimated, due to additional requests made for more work to be performed. Many times we tried to reach out to confirm times to come, and our calls would not be returned. Regarding the stucco matching on the exterior of the home, I regret any miscommunication. While the initial bid agreed upon did not include matching the stucco, I am willing to work to find a solution that meet the client's satisfaction. Regarding our work schedule during the day, due to the nature of the work performed, preparation time was involved to procure supplies and wait time was also involved to allow steps in the process to be completed correctly. Regarding the shower door, as communicated prior, the original bid did not include this item, and the client was not charged for it. I have never refused to complete this job, instead, I have requested that before moving forward, we communicate in order to be on the same page.

I am rejecting this response because:
**** has not reached out to me to finish the job. He told me not to call or text him anymore. As far as communicating **** want me to not talk and just listen and agree with him. I told him before I filled this complaint to send his lead man **** her to finish the job and he has refused to do so.  as far as me not returning his phone calls to schedule work schedule work that is false. He knew from the star that my wife had ALS and I was her caretaker. I couldnt always answer when he messaged or called but I did return his calls. He is the one holding up any work not me. I want the job finished and have him out of my life. Im  sick of all his nonsense.

    Sincerely,

This job has been completed and the client is happy with the work. Communication has been difficult. I was mistreated by client and let him know not to call or text me. I communicated with him through a work employee. I wasn't going to keep being mistreated. I never refused to send **** to finish the job. Client has walked away when I have tried to communicate with him and has hung up the phone mid conversation. He also has not answered my calls. I have tried to get job completed and we have done more work than what was on the bid to keep client happy. I have recently spoken with client and we are going to meet to discuss things in person.
