      If I could give zero stars, I would. I received an invoice last week (the last week of February, 2024) from Kennewick *************** PC, stating they had sent bills before but I hadn't paid, and that if I didn't pay now, they may send my info to collections. However, this was the very first invoice I've received from them. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact them via phone; I always receive a message saying "Sorry, we're temporarily closed as we are having an unforeseen outage..." When I go to the website that is on my bill, *********************, it does not load, and I get one of two screens. When I try accessing the website via Safari, I get a screen that says "502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server." When I try to access it via Chrome, I get a "This site can't be reached" message. When I click on directions to the address on Yelp, it gives me an area of Pasco (with zip code) but no specific address. Other searches show (and addresses listed on my bill) Kennewick Radiology is located in ******, ** and ******, ****. Due to the multiple addresses, and being the first bill sent to me but threatening to be sent to collections, I searched to see if this bill was some sort of scam. I checked with my doctor's ******* and they said Kennewick Radiology is an actual company, but I have to be the one to contact them to make the payment.How am I supposed to pay this bill? I can't call. I can't go online. I have no idea where this business is located. The ONE address actually in Kennewick listed online for Kennewick Radiology is the old, boarded up Trios Hospital in downtown Kennewick that has been closed for over two years (900 South Auburn. St.)I'm writing this review to a.) see if anyone else is having this issue, and b.) to document I HAVE been trying to reach them to pay my bill, so if collections tries to contact me, I have documented proof of trying to reach them.
