    This person has literally zero customer service skills. Definitely has an issue with males. My wife called and he was very accommodating but gave super high prices (I work in the field and I'm very familiar, though I was trying to get extra beds for color). I called back and didn't even inform him I had any clue about prices. I was about two sentences in when I was cut off by this dude being extremely rude. Unfortunately my wife paid this man for a bid (thus allowing me to review him on BBB). When he was at my house my wife let him walk through the garage to get to the backyard. He cut a very loud f*** when he thought she wasn't around. The f*** made my dog freak out and start barking.. My wife came in and smelled it and then he blamed the f*** on the dog *********** caught everything). I would book this man if you want him to f*** in your house and blame it on your dog.

    BEWARE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH IGT CONSTRUCTIOn!!!!!!!!!A one day job turned into three and half months of h*** I was left with an unfinished area that was contracted , two broken sprinklers and a broken fence. The mess they left in my gravel driveway has taken me two weekends to fix. And to add insult to injury was told that was what I asked for ...

    Very unethical, irresponsible, and did not complete the job as bid. It took five months to try to get problems corrected, and then we had to complete them ourselves. He wanted full payment up from before any work was done, did not supervise the work, and did not check the work when supposedly finished. He avoided repeated phone calls to fix the problems his crew left. He took shortcuts and used inferior materials.
