    I HAVE USED EPIC LAWNCARE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. They were purchased by ******************************* in November of 2022. In the last month, they have started the annual service and have butchered my lawn. I paid $3890.00 for the annual service. I spoke to the owner and he said they would fix it (text 5/4/23). Today,5/5/23 he denies that he said that and is canceling my service. I have photos of my yard damage and have text records in which he stated he would fix the problem. I want a refund and restitution to have the lawn fixed since he is not apparently going to honor his guantee.

    Customer was mailed a refund check on 5/8/2023 in the amount of $3,137.74 for the remaining 2023 services that were prepaid for.Nothing made the customer happy no matter how we tried to help. Making comments like "my 8-year-old can do better work than these guys" He was recording our guys while servicing his property then texting the recording to the owner complaining they were going too fast rather than going out and politely talking to the crew. He sent in pictures the week prior saying our guys butchered his lawn while weed eating. We were trying to work with him and help,but he is being very unreasonable and demanding. He left a voicemail in the office 4/21/23 cussing ** out because it was 3:27pm and the irrigation tech hadnt shown up yet to start up his system. There has been multiple occasions when he has reached out that he is cussing at our staff. We do not feel comfortable servicing this property as we have been cursed at and recorded by the customer. Clearly everything we were trying to do was not making the customer happy, so we felt it was best to cut ties and send him his money back.
