Before trust could be built, unfortunately it was destroyed by the service manager. *** was not a reasonable person to work with. Rather than have patience to listen or be empathetic, & provide resolutions, he chose to be condescending and be little me. Calls are recorded, so I hope the owner **** listens to the phone call. But would not be surprised if owner sided with his employee.
