    I wish I could give zero stars. I was coming into town for my nieces wedding and booked a room for the weekend. I ended up not being able to make it Friday but I called to add my sister so that she could check in. The woman was immediately rude and told me she would email me the form if she got time. I never got it. I called the next day and was told that she tried to call me back but i didn't answer. I did not get a call from anyone. I asked to speak to the manager because now not only was I being charged for the room I couldn't check into but I was being charged no show fees. The manager did call me but I was busy with wedding stuff and missed it, I called back and got a voicemail. That evening I went to check in and the woman would not allow me to. She was immediately rude. I told her if I wasn't able to check in i wanted a refund and she again said no. I told her to call her manager at this point she is yelling at me telling me to leave. She slammed the glass window and starts flipping us off screaming at the top of her lungs. Monday afternoon I finally got a call back from the manger and explained what happened. I told him i wanted a refund and he said he would get back to me by the end of the day. All i have received is an itemized invoice via email from the *** He will not return my calls. Needless to say i will NEVER stay at another one of these run down Econo Lodges.
