    On approximately May 22nd I brought my VW Golf into Overturf VW/*** for a recall service. They checked in my vehicle and I went returned home to wait until it was finished. When I returned to pick it up, they handed me my keys and I went outside and got in my car and immediately noticed the windshield was broken. I went inside to inquire what happened and they told me it was like that when I brought it in. IT WAS NOT CRAKED OR BROKEN AT ALL WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. They immediately dismissed me and refused to provide intake information or pictures. They have refused any communication at all and will not return any phone calls. We have attempted on several occasions to contact *** ******** the service manager. We have asked for video footage and intake information. No one will call us back. I filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and they too were refused contact with anyone. **** Overturf owns this dealership. This is beyond appalling and inconsistent with any customer service business. I was dismissed, intimidated and discriminated against as a single woman. Upon taking it to a windshield repair place, they noted it could not have been a rock chip as it was broken below the windshield wiper suggesting it was broken like something was dropped on it while the hood was up.

    We performed a recall on ****** ************** 2015 VW Jetta on May 21, 2025.  The recall does not require us to drive the vehicle other than into our service facility from the parking lot.  We never left our property with her car.  There was no way the vehicle received a rock chip under our care.  And that is where the crack in her windshield started.  ********** Advisor, ***, took her out and showed her where the rock chip was after she came back in to complain.  Rock damage is the number one cause of windshields cracking.  *** tried to reason with ******, but she wanted nothing of it.  I tried to do the same with her mother, but she would not accept that a rock chip caused the crack.

    On the 23 of May I took my car in to have the air conditioner fixed after paying **** to have it if fixed at overturn in ********* ********** . After paying for a quote and it still is not fixed. It quit working after 3 days. Called and made an appt. The earliest they could get me in was today. Now today they are telling me will be **** more. because that was not the only thing wrong. So they replaced the compressor but now telling me that I need the condenser and a/c lines. I would have never paid **** to get it fixed and I feel that they were miss leading and not forthright. They have offered nothing to make this right.

    I did talk with ***** and agreed it was not worth putting the extra money in the car.  We fixed the obvious problem, which was the compressor.  Once the compressor was operational more problems were then detectable.  ***** had stopped payment through her credit card company.  We agreed that was probably the easiest way to make thing right.

    I dropped my vehicle off a day early 12/6/22 for a scheduled service 12/7/22. Due to my engine light turning on. On 12/7 I received a call from ****** from service department at *** saying that my oil pressure sensor was damaged due to possible rodents biting on the wires, was told they would order the part for it, meanwhile they could do a temporary fix while the part arrived and they would charge me $200+ and then another $300+ when the part arrives , I said no I didnt want the temporary fix so he said they would keep the car for the meantime while part arrived. On 12/8 I received a call from ****** saying that they ordered the wrong part, and they werent able to find a repair kit, they couldnt get the part needed for the job. The ****** also mentioned that the part was going to cost $1,000 and to save me money he did the best temporary fix you can get. This was done before I agreed to anything. I couldve gone elsewhere to get it fixed properly like I initially asked for. I picked my car up on 12/12 due to me working all week. I asked to see the work done to my vehicle and tech showed me, all I could see was electrical tape. They once again told me it saved me this time $3,000. I never agreed to a temporary fix prior. Charged me $366. And to make problems worse my belongings where stolen out of my vehicle from center console, glove box and trunk. That same day I called and talked to a lady at front desk, told her about my belongings were stolen, said I shouldnt have left personal belongings in car ( they were not in plain sight) and I would receive a call from service manager or owners daughter. 12/13/22 service manager called and nothing could be done about my belongings I could do a police report as I wished. And for the service told him what happened he said I agreed to everything done to my car which is false.
