      Worst experience ever! My husband went to Pet Emporium to get food for our kitten with a sensitive stomach. We got food and the person helping us suggested some healthy treats that she said could help. They cost was $22.00 for a small bag. She said if our kitten had a problem with them we could bring them back for a refund as long as at least half the bag was left. Our kitten would not eat them at all he never ate one treat. When I took the bag back to the store, the manager told me the bag was opened and she would not give us a refund because it was not their policy to refund an open package. I was not told about this policy when I made the purchased but was told precisely the opposite.When I told the manager I was not told that at the time of purchase and asked to exchange it for something like cat food. She told me there is no refund. When I complained about the discrepancy in their policy and communication of it, I was told to leave the store now! What a crazy experience, We will never go into Pet Emporium again. I wish I had read the reviews before shopping there. I would have known that many other customers have had the same situation whis this store.
