    On July 1st 2023 I recibe an email from Hooked on Wine, wine of the world an online website that sales wine, the promotion was of a bottle ******************* 2011 **** noir 1.5L for $100 a bottle free shipping. I ordered 2, but when Ive seen the email confirmation from the seller, I ordered 2 cases by mistake. When I noticed this I sent emails multiple times and called them to cancel this order. The seller didnt answer the phone, they just dont.They wont respond my emails or phone calls for 10 days and I decided to contact PayPalcredit to stop payment on this order. I was looking for help. Well Hooked on wine respond to my emails on JULY 10th to let me know theyll cancel the order I placed by mistake, and send the two bottles and will adjust the amount and reimburse the difference. But on August 21st PayPal charge to my PayPal Credit account $3659.03 putting my account PayPal credit account negative ******* IMPACTING MYCREDIT SCORE. Why would Paypal let my account go over the limit ?Ive always pay my credit card on time. I have excellent payment history. I dont spent above my limits, never. Is impossible to get help one the phone from PayPal credit. There is no way for me to bring the emails communication to them, Im so frustrated.the wine never arrived to my house! when alcohol an adult has to sign of received. And none has ever signed received here. Im a little guy, I work full time doing modest work around the neighborhood I work and live, Im a dog ******, run errands for my neighbors I work for a retired couple on this neighborhood, **** dlls is a lot for me, Im so frustrated and feel hopeless. *** added email communications with seller and the charges payday is doing to me.
