    On April 25th of 2021 I rented a storage unit through *********************, for Trinity storage. Less than 3 weeks later I rented a second storage unit at the same facility. My units were a34 and b36. We lost our place to live at the end of June beginning of July. I let *********************** who was our contact for the storage units know that we had lost our place to live on July 25th. By the end of August we were behind in our storage and in September we asked my fiance's mother to help us pay our storage. She did. But then turned around and gained access to our storage through *********************** in the beginning of October. They took what they wanted out of our storage and then *********************** said that he sold off the rest at auction. We were never informed by a the app that we use called appfolio. It is where you make your payments and submit any maintenance requests for the units. And can mail back and forth with your property manager. He never informed us that he was violating our lease or ending it and never called me even though he had my phone numbers and we lost $100,000 worth of property because he allowed somebody else access and they took what they wanted and then he evidently get rid of the rest. During this time we were paying for the units unbeknownst to us that there was anything wrong. On the 30th of November we received our normal monthly statement that said our rent was due on the 1st through Appfolio. On the 5th of December we received notice that our rent was late through AppFolio. We paid on the 6th and paid a $20 late fee for each unit so we paid $190. And on the 7th of December we went to our storage unit, to gain access. We found that there we're only red locks on our units that are locks were gone I attempted to call *********************, no answer. Texted ***************** with no answer until I threatened to call the police then he told me that it was all gotten rid of because of violation of non-rent payment. Called the police they said it was civil. Please.

    Regarding ****************** complaint. I contacted ********************* our property management company. *********************** , who provide proof of the 14 day notices and lien notices sent to ***********************, for her non compliance of the lease, that were mailed to the address she put on her lease. She did not respond , the units were sold items were removed and remaining items will be disposed of as **************** law allows. Personal affects as in paperwork or photos will be held for 45 days , if not contacted by former tenant and (personal affect storage fees) are not paid they too will be disposed of . There will be a charge for storing the personal items. As the owners of Trinity Park and Storage Llc, we do not interface with storage unit tenants all this is done through our property management company. **** did not give access to the units that were sold , the access gain  by the purchaser . Who informed us anything left behind was trash.

    **************** has been by our property a few times to speak to us , she states she did not receive the notices due to being homeless, unfortunately she did not inform ****** of a forwarding address or communicate this information . It appears she did not understand the lease completely regarding time frame for liens. 

    Her dates on her complaint do not align with the dates on her lease . She rented A34 on 4-25-22 and B36 on 6-25-22. For further information please feel free to contact me.

    I am rejecting this response because: I would love my stuff back.. it would end all of this! I have been to their property one time and spoke to the husband and he said that he had some of our property and he would sort through and return it. We have not been contacted by them to be told when we can come and get our property because he said it would be early spring. He said that our stuff was removed into a big storage bin with other people stuff that was left behind but that we could get our stuff back but he has not called us or left me a message or texted me to tell me that we can come and get our property like he said that we could. And ********************* was contacting me through my email and through AppFolio which was the app that was used for the storage units that they told us we had to pay through and contact them through and he was contacting me through and never sent me a lean through it and never told me that I had to have another address since I was homeless and he knew it since July 25th when I sent it to him.

    I sent an email directly to *********************** via her email on Sunday the 22nd of January, I gave her a proposal  and gave her 3 days to respond to my email, if a response is not receive and agreement isnt made the remaining items will be I inventoried and donated to charity. Except photos and personal paperwork.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As I don't really have a choice because if I don't submit and give them $600 then I lose everything in the world that I own even though they are being very strict on a time schedule it's out of my hands if I don't do it I lose every possesion I have.
