    The owner is a con artist, *** posted my bad experience on face book and the negative comments about the owner was an eye opener. Ive had similar experience where we went in to get a phone repaired and the guy speaks all sweet talking and cons ya into buying a phone and then wont allow a refund after telling you during the sale if you have any issues then you can return it back to the store and or another option is to exchange it. During the fix we ran some errands and were told one hour and it will be done so we came back in a couple hours and still nothing was done so when we arrived and called him out on his lie to us he got angry and used threatening hun violence towards us and made his signs hanging on the wall obvious in a body language manner festering to the sign and being verbally abusive and gaslighting when we tried to hold him accountable about his lies about fixing the phone, transferring the data over to the phone he sweet talked us into buying and then lied about being able to return it. When coming back for the phone that he was supposed to have done repairs in while we were gone we waited in line for other customers to be helped and then he purposefully helped three more whom came in after us and still ignored us and upset us and we wanted our money back on the whole thing and he refused so we took our losses and left after he threatened us and we went to another store to get the phone fixed. The phone he sold us didnt work and couldnt be activated or used so now were out about $608 total from this con artist. Cellular 911 in ************ on Clearwater is an a****** and thief and runs his store unethically.

The part we ordered for this to happen showed up next day as discussed. We still offer those services and hope to see you soon. Your business is appreciated.

    I bought a phone from them it worked great *** helped me set it up and everything I have also had my husband's IPhone fixed there in less than 45 minutes I highly recommend this place .
