      In April of 2023, we worked with TaxMedics *************************** P00788415 to complete a 990PF to the *** for our non profit 501c3 youth sports organization. She completed the form and we signed for and approved the **** We were told by her this return was submitted to the ***. Then again in April 2024, we worked with ******* again to complete our taxes again. We approved and signed the *** and were reassured that the taxes had been filed for us. In October 2024, I received a notice from the *** that neither our 2022 or 2023 Taxes were ever filed for our 501c3. We reached out to TaxMedics and they scheduled a phone meeting. ******* never called at our scheduled time. We reached out to her by email and phone multiple more times and were told that she would look into it and that her software was having troubles. After multiple weeks she had no solution for us. When we reached out the final time, the phone number had been disconnected for this business and we werent able to get in contact with them. We are now being charged $3,800 from the *** for late penalties.
