    On 10/17/2024 I purchased a 2014 Corrvette from VIP Moorsports that was said to be with a clean title. When I registered this car in ****** they told me that it had a salvage title. I then contacted VIP and the then said that they would provide a clean title or return my money. Then they proceeded to avoid returning my calls or returning my emails. Just want a clean title and not heard from VIP in two months.

    Gap Cancellation requested thru Advanced Protection Products for *** warranty purchased at VIP motorsports. Vehicle loan was paid in full 7/11/2022, *** cancellation request was sent by myself 3/31/23. Original purchase price for *** warranty was $795.00. Per Advanced Protetion, refund was processed and Mailed to Seller, VIP Motorsports instead of directly to me. The refund amount was $532.97 and cashed by VIP Motorsports on 5/23/23. I have left multiple messages with the company to have this resolved and my refund sent to me. The refund was due to me, my loan was thru Mechanics Finance and paid in full by me, including the *** contract amount. My loan was not thru VIP and they were not due any refunds. I have never receieved a return call from the company to rectify the situation. All documents included, request letter and confirmation to APPI, original *** purchase contract, documentation of loan paid in full, copy of title

    On 12/10/2022, my wife and I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from the above mentioned dealership. On or about 5/10/2023 the power steering stopped working. We purchased the pickup as is, but the dealership offered to look at it anyway. They kept the vehicle under an endless string of pretexts until the middle of July, and charged us $1000 for a rack and pinion. Upon inspection it became obvious that the rack and pinion unit had only been partially removed and the front end had not been aligned as claimed, even though the tires are unevenly worn. Furthermore, the battery terminal was left loose, the electrical fuse box was left open, and several fasteners were either missing or the threads were stripped.I spoke on the phone with a salesman who told me several contradictory things, and later with the owner, Moe Nassar who was rude, and told me I would have to get a lawyer.

    Good afternoon,

    As a Manager I take these reviews very seriously. You've had the vehicle for about 5-6 months. Your wife called us and asked for help on fixing your power steering problem which we did with no hesitation. We came to an agreement that we will pay for labor as long as you paid for parts. We also even let your wife use a vehicle of ours as a loner for no extra fee. Also, at the point of purchase we also offered an extended warranty which you've declined as well. You and I both know that these vehicles are used and they do break even new cars with 0 miles break. We could've easily looked the other way and not give you guys a hand but we decided not to. 
    Your wife was on a budget when she came to us so we found a power steering rack that comes with a one year warranty as well. Our standards are to keep all our customers happy and safe.
