    I still do not have information about the shipment of my order. The owner emailed post my BBB complaint, 54387238-336EF, that the order should have shipped and that she would check status and provide an update to me yesterday, May 8. I tried calling again with no answer or way to leave a message, and sent another email. No response.

    This issue was resolved on 5/9/23. We got an email from BBB saying it had been closed because there was no additional response from the complainant. We refunded the yarn that was unavailable and sent the hook. And now that we have had to go and look at this again, we see that we actually accidentally refunded the entire order (copy/paste didn't go into the right places for amount and order number). Which means that she got the hook and it's shipping for free. She had to know the refund was complete and she didn't pay for the hook that was sent. So why is this still open?

    Placed an order on April 20 that was supposed to be delivered within **** business days. I have tried to reach by phone several times during their business hours and no answer, no way to leave a message. No response to email sent.Are they still in business and how can I reach them?

    We're so sorry that you've been having trouble catching us. Your email message went to the junk folder. We are only one person and the shop has lots of classes and can get very busy, so phone calls are not always answered. I'm guessing that you might have sent ** a message over ******** the other day, but I responded saying that the name on ******** wasn't in our order system and didn't get a response.
